What We’re Building: on 3/12/25 we incorporated a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Our fundraising goal is $150,000 to enable 3 years of runway for:
1. Leadership Retreats: One retreat or panel discussion per quarter in each city to connect and educate our growing, multigenerational community of emerging leaders and senior executives.
2. Scholarships: $5,000 scholarships awarded to the students who most embody the next generation of leadership and agree to a 10-year commitment to community building.
3. Executive Coaching & Wellness: Free executive coaching sessions and subscriptions to a mental health app (e.g., Yuna) for TSF members.
